1 cup sugar
1 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed is better)
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg or allspice (not both)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine all the ingredients in a 3-qt saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce heat to a simmer and continue to cook for another 15 - 20 minutes. Enjoy.
