A few months ago as we were easing into the new year of 2020 and making plans...little did we realize how much our lives would change. So on this sacred day when we would be gathering together to celebration the resurrection of Christ, we instead are in our on homes and celebrating quietly or via virtual communication.
Here in the northwoods it is actually snowing today and the forecast is for 1" to 3" of snow. It is not that uncommon here in the north for winter to linger from time to time. It is, therefore, a good day to be home with nowhere to go and nothing to do. CJ (my cat) and I are warm and comfy and a fire is burning in the fireplace as the snowflakes drift past the windows.
And we are both in good health.
